Communication, a necessary skill in ICO


The communication effort can be overwhelming once the dragon is unleashed
 The community looks for open and honest teams that are quick to provide answers to questions and concerns, and can clearly relay their thoughts and the advantages of their platform.
ICOs started slowly from 2016 until it got to where it is now and with the noise and rage surrounding scams and hacking, with the risks, how do you intend to launch an ICO if you do not know how to communicate well?

Wikipedia defines communication as the act of conveying intended meanings from one group to another through the use of mutually understood signs and semiotic rules. Communication happens intentionally with understanding, which involves a strategy. Communications strategy is a plan that outlines the goals and methods of what the organization is trying to achieve. This strategy is designed to help with communicating effectively and meeting core organizational objectives.
Know your audience
Chris Ellis of feathercoin says “the first step is to find a community and build a currency around them rather than building a currency and expecting everyone to show up”. This just goes to show that getting to know and understanding your audience is first in the role of events. But, who are your audience?
There are four main types of token buyers.
Investors
Underwriters
Traders
Natural buyers
The investors are the early buyers. They buy an ICO from the start.
Underwriters research and help to decide which coin offerings are the best
Traders are people who exchange tokens for a coin for another coin.
Natural buyers are the users of your future system

To communicate effectively, you have to know who you are communicating with. Get to understand who you are dealing with and what they want; the type of content they love. This will go a long way with getting the most of your efforts.

You can communicate very well through writing articles for your audience. There are different techniques that involves communicating on different platforms. People have different levels of understanding how cryptocurrencies work and it is best to relate with them based on their levels of understanding. This will increase the attention your ICO gets and also aids on its improvement. Writing articles to communicate an idea is one of the most challenging tasks in this age of information because It can take a toll on you being that you want to write using different styles to communicate with different people.

Give a summary of what your project is about and what you aim to solve with it.
 What is the difference with your gig? How can it make people’s life better? Lay all the facts on the table. Keyword: Transparency.
Write about what your gig promises. What is the long term benefits? Communicate your idea with authority so that people are aware of the fact that you own the idea and you know what you are on about
Include diagrams in your writings. This will allow professionals visualize the estimate of your project
