in the protocols or codes used in the blockchain. These tasks do not really
require any sort of programming except in rare cases which makes them
less complicated. The tasks can be things the developer does not have
enough time for or cannot do but they are necessary for the success of
the coins they have created.

You can run bounty programs to give the community a chance to contribute
to your ICO, paying them with about 2 to 4 percent of your tokens also acts
